Terms of Service
1. What Saptapadi is
Saptapadi lets you create a self-serve digital wedding invitation — a microsite with a countdown, ceremony schedule, photo gallery, and RSVP collection — and publish it at a shareable link. The Starter plan is free. Pro features (guest accommodation coordination, a digital shagun tracker) are optional paid add-ons per invitation.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for keeping your login credentials secure. Signup is instant — we may not have verified that you own the email address you signed up with.
3. Content you publish
You own the wedding details, photos, and guest information you add to your invitation. By publishing an invitation, you confirm you have the right to share the photos you upload and the right to collect the guest information (names, RSVP responses, dietary notes) your invitation gathers. Published invitations are reachable by anyone with the link — there is no guest login or access control.
4. Digital shagun tracker
The shagun tracker displays your own UPI ID as a QR code on your invitation and lets you keep a private log of gifts. Saptapadi is not a party to any payment guests make — we never hold, process, or have visibility into guest funds. Any payment happens directly between your guest and your own UPI account via their own banking app.
5. Pro upgrades and payment
Pro is a one-time, per-invitation upgrade, processed through Razorpay. Pricing is shown at checkout. We don't store your card or UPI credentials — payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Saptapadi to publish content that isn't genuinely yours, to collect guest information for anything other than your own event, or to send unsolicited messages to people who haven't opted in.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
